An experienced corporate and commercial lawyer who advises ASX-listed companies, boards and private enterprises, with particular strength in the mining, construction and financial services sectors. His practice spans mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and governance, security enforcement, and cross-border transactions.
Kirk Dundo
Principal
A lawyer with a focus on commercial and corporate law, litigation, dispute resolution, and arbitration. Has appeared as counsel in the Federal Court, Supreme Court, District Court and Magistrates Court. Kirk regularly provides advice in relation to construction, business transactions/disputes, property and estate planning.
Frances Lai
Principal
A lawyer with a focus on commercial and corporate law as well as litigation, rapid adjudication and dispute resolution. Frances has experience in Federal and Western Australian Court jurisdictions, including as an instructing solicitor in trials, interlocutory disputes and appeals before the Supreme Court of Western Australia. Frances’s experience also includes mergers and acquisitions, business structuring, mining and construction law.
